This Little Red Chalet is a great pet friendly Packwood get away for a small group looking to enjoy what the area has to offer. This home is located in the High Valley Neighborhood. Packwood is a charming town located in the heart of the Cascades, with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from Mount Rainier National Park, where you can hike, bike, and explore the beautiful landscape. Also, a short drive to White Pass Ski area, making it a great spot for winter sports enthusiasts.

This cabin offers one full bathroom with a bath tub and shower. (Shampoo and Conditioner not provided.) 
The kitchen has everything you may need to prepare and enjoy a meal with your group.

The Common space features cozy seatting around the wood stove/ fireplace. There is a mini split in the common space for both heat and AC. 

Pet Friendly ($50 Pet Fee Per Pet) Airbnb users: Initial booking price does not include the pet fee. Pet fee will be requested seperately after booking has been confirmed.

The cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The cabin is situated in a small vacation town of Packwood, Washington. Its remote location and small town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. Occasionally, you may be greated by wandering herds of elks. They are very friendly and visitors enjoy seeing them in person.

Packwood’s remote location suggest you should arrive with your own vehicle which will allow you to visit and explore everything the region has to offer.


Please note that all the sleeping accomodation are upstairs. The stairs are a drop down ladder and are very steep. The stairs may not be suitable for small children or elderly folks. 
All the beds are in one shared space upstairs with feature a Queen bed, and 3 single/twin beds. A mini split heat/ AC unit is also located in the bedroom space.

• This property has outdoor cameras for security purposes only. 
• During the summer a burn ban may go into effect in all of Lewis County. During this time campfires, the use of charcoal briquettes, and any other form of burning may be prohibited. 

• Winters in Packwood may get very snowy. It is the guests responsibility to be properly equipped for harsh winter driving conditions. We do our best to keep our cabins accessible, but winter traction tires and 4-wheel drive may still be required.
